Objectives: Students will learn how to recognize and care for emergencies, how to check an unconscious or a conscious victim and how to care for bleeding, muscle, bone and joint injuries, sudden illness and burns. This course does not include CPR.  American Red Cross First Aid Certification is valid for three years.

In our continuing efforts to provide the best customer service to our students and due to our limited class size, we need to ensure that participants attend the courses that they schedule.  If a participant schedules a course and does not attend this limits us from allowing the opportunity for another participant to attend to the course.  Therefore, in fairness to all participants, participants who do not attend their scheduled classes will forfeit their registration fees. 

Unless ARC cancels the course and we are unable to transfer the student into another class, course fees are non-refundable.  Participants are able to reschedule 3 working days prior to the original course date. A $10.00 reschedule fee will be charged for this service.
