1. Q: Do I have to attend all of the days of each class to get certified?
A: Yes, you are required to attend all class sessions for certifications; however, we understand that some situations are unavoidable. If you know you will have a conflict with part of the program, let us know in advance so that we can look at the possibility of alternate means for you to meet the requirements.
2. Q: What can I do if I cannot afford the full price of the program?
A: Depending upon availability, scholarships may be awarded. Eligibility is determined by each location. Contact the class location for more information.
3. Q: Does completion of this program guarantee me a position within San Diego?
A: The program is designed to certify you for the qualifications required for positions that may be available. In addition to the certification program you must also interview and pass a serparate written and practical pre-employment exam.
4. Q: When do I have to be the minimum age?
A: Participants must be the minimum age by the completion of the course. Proof of age is required.
5. Q: If I cannot complete the skills prerequisite testing; do I get a refund?
A: In some cases a partial refund is granted. Contact the facility for more information.
