As Managing Director of Health & Safety, Debbie Seagle leads a team that includes program and product delivery staff as well as call center, data management and volunteer instructor employees. In the year that she has been with the San Diego chapter she has seen her department through a retooling that has produced over a half million dollars in savings to the chapter.

Prior to coming to the American Red Cross Debbie owned her own management consulting firm that specialized in organizational reconfiguring, marketing and non-profit start-ups.  She brings with her over twenty years of public health, non-profit, program and fund development and journalism experience.
