Malinda McDonald is the Managing Director Administration & Chapter Services, where she oversees all financial accounting operations of the chapter in addition to the management of all support departments, including Human Resources, Data Management, Finance, Health and Safety, and Armed Forces Emergency Services. Malinda joined the Red Cross in 1999, holding the positions of Director of Finance and Support Services, Accounting Manager, and Controller. Since 2003, Malinda and her team have increased the chapter’s assets by 400% and reduced expenses by 10.53%. She comes to the Red Cross with years of experience, previously working at Community Health Group, KPMG and The Hahn Company.
